Write to every documentation
surface your team uses.

Syscribe is not a documentation platform. It is the layer that keeps your documentation platforms current. Connect any combination of targets.

Documentation platforms

Notion Live

Page-level and section-level updates using native Notion blocks. Headings, paragraphs, code blocks, lists — rendered as proper Notion structure, not raw text. Syscribe targets only the sections it owns.

Mintlify Live

Pushes updated .mdx files to your Mintlify GitHub repository. Mintlify's GitHub App picks up changes automatically. Your nav structure and manually written pages are untouched.

GitHub Pages Live

Commits updated Markdown files to your GitHub Pages branch. Uses the same PR merge event that triggered generation as the commit author context. Full audit trail through git history.

Confluence Coming soon

Full page and section-level updates via Confluence REST API. Targets specific pages without touching surrounding space structure or manually written content. On the roadmap.

Gitbook Coming soon

Gitbook integration in development. Will support content updates via Gitbook's API with the same section-level targeting as other doc platforms.

Readme.io Coming soon

API reference and guide updates for Readme.io customers. Planned support for reference docs, guides, and changelogs via the Readme.io API.

Source repo README

No OAuth required. Syscribe uses your existing GitHub credentials to write to the README of the repository that triggered the PR. You configure which sections Syscribe manages. All other README content is untouched.

<!-- syscribe:start:architecture -->
## Architecture
...Syscribe-managed content — updated on every relevant PR...
<!-- syscribe:end:architecture -->

## Contributing
...hand-written, never touched by Syscribe...

AI-native targets

llms.txt (Hosted mode) Live

Auto-generated for every Syscribe-hosted portal. Stays current with your documentation. Gives AI tools structured access to your docs without web scraping.

MCP registries Coming soon

Coming with the Contracts pillar. Syscribe will write directly to your MCP tool registry, keeping tool descriptions in sync with handler implementations.

Notification targets

Email Included

Reviewers are notified immediately when a draft is ready for approval. Configurable routing rules — send to the PR author, a dedicated doc reviewer, or a mailing list.

Slack Coming soon

Channel notifications when a draft is ready or when documentation goes stale. Route by repo, doc type, or team. On the roadmap.
